Last updated: July 2026

Our commitment

Reddy Care Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business operations. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.

Our business

Reddy Care Ltd is a Supported Living and Personal Care provider operating in Berkshire, England. We employ staff directly and do not operate complex international supply chains. Our primary activities are the provision of care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.

Our policies

Our approach to preventing modern slavery includes:

  • Recruitment: all staff undergo right-to-work checks, identity verification, and reference checks. We do not use unlicensed or unregistered recruitment agencies.
  • Employment: all staff receive a written contract of employment, are paid at or above the National Living Wage, and have the right to join a trade union. We do not withhold passports, identity documents, or wages.
  • Safeguarding: our safeguarding policies and training include recognition of modern slavery indicators. Staff know how to raise concerns and whom to contact.
  • Whistleblowing: we maintain whistleblowing procedures that allow staff to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
  • Supply chain: we source goods and services from reputable UK-based suppliers. We expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards and to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Training

All staff receive safeguarding training that includes awareness of modern slavery. Managers and senior staff receive additional training on identifying and responding to potential indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking.
